KISEKI outgrew their previous space in Metrotown and upsized to a store twice their previous footprint. We partnered with a general contractor - “Decent Management” this time to expedite the build out of the project.

With the lease term open-ended, every dollar needed to move with the client. We kept the build light: portable shelving and display units, minimal fixed work, and a plan that can scale or relocate without starting from scratch.
