TERRACE

Terrace is a residential rebuild following the 2024 wildfires, restoring a home that was lost while rethinking how it should live on the site going forward. We are collaborating with a local Los Angeles designer: Park McDonald to carry their design vision into a complete, buildable set of documents. Our role is focused on design development, permit drawings, and consultant coordination, translating the concept into coordinated plans, assemblies, and systems that meet local requirements and can be executed clearly in the field.
