MILLSTREAM

Millstream is a full renovation of a single family home in West Vancouver, reimagined as a quiet retreat tucked into the woods beside a backyard stream. The work spans layout revisions, a wide range of material and finish studies, and a cohesive exterior strategy, including cladding options, colour palettes, and detailing. Outside, the project extends into a reworked deck and balcony sequence with a dipping pool addition, shaping the backyard into a more deliberate set of spaces. Throughout, the interiors draw from Japanese influenced restraint and warm, neutral colourways, aiming for a home that feels composed, restorative, and closely tied to its site.
