KISEKI Richmond is the brand’s larger flagship step, designed to feel crisp and bright while staying grounded in everyday use. We treated the base building shell as an asset, keeping the volume and structure legible, then used simple spatial moves to organize product, circulation, and moments of pause. A lot of the value lives in what you do not see. We developed the tenant improvement set early and coordinated lighting, power, low voltage, life safety, and accessibility alongside landlord requirements and designated trades, so construction could move forward with fewer midstream decisions. The goal was a store that operates efficiently, and can adapt as the brand evolves.
